This is a full time office position is for an Accounts Administrator within the Finance department, based in our HCMC office.
Position Description
This is a staff position wherein the candidate will be involved in carrying out day to day accounting and certain administrative tasks that are common in a small scale enterprise. Additionally, the candidate will assist the facilities supervisor as and when required.

Primary Activities for the Accountant
- Generate invoices for incoming sales orders.
- Recieve payments and make entries into the accounting system.
- Follow up with customers for any outstanding payments.
- Recieve customer orders and answer customer queries.
- Control petty cash, commissions of staff, salary slips (if required) and track social & health insurance payments which may be due.
- Cross check payments recived, outstanding payments, refunds etc & prepare weekly list of debtors & creditors.
- Deposit payments into the company’s bank account and file all documents carefully.
- Prepare quaterly VAT reports.
- Generate weekly accounting reports for management, flag potential problems and offer advice on streamlining accounts.
- Track warehouse inventory and cross check with accounts.
- Assist facilities supervisor in preparing orders.
- University graduate with accounting background.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position.
- Experience with ‘FAST’ accounting software.
- Good understanding of tax regulations and dealing with local tax authorities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Functional knowledge of English.
