This position is for an Facilities Administrator within the Operations group based in our HCMC office.
Position Description
The candidate will carry out all necessary administrative tasks and under special circumstances assist the various other departments.

Primary Activities for an Office Administrator
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for all departments.
  • Move products around within the warehouse to optimise space.
  • Prepare out going orders as directed by the warehouse team.
  • Control inventory and manage warehouse.
  • Supervisor unload containers at the warehouse
  • Warehouse housekeeping
Experience and Qualifications required
  • Valid drivers license.
  • High school education or higher.
  • 1 years work experience in any field (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Excellent English language skills is a must.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
