This is an office & field position wherein the candidate will carry out all necessary administrative tasks and under special circumstances assist the various other departments.

Primary Activities for Delivery specialist
  • Carry out general administrative tasks for all departments
  • Respond to inbound customer calls as required
  • Control inventory and manage warehouse
  • Undertake data entry and basic financial accounting tasks
  • Participate in the sale process
  • Perform secretarial duties as required.
  • Explain to customers the various discount/ promotional schemes offered by the company.
  • Report back on both positive and negative customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing customers and pursue follow up orders.
  • Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and receipt of payments.
  • Communicate any issues or problems with sales processes.
Experience and Qualifications required
  • Female, perfreably less than 30 years
  • High school education or higher
  • 1 years work experience in any field (fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Excellent English language skills is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
